When you take pictures from inside a moving vehicle, you don't know what you're going to get. I like the painterliness of the hills upon hills and the soft peach-yellow of the sky in this scene. It's a view of Okanagan Lake from the road between Vernon and Kelowna, BC.

This picture is beautiful (along with many others on the site) it strikes me so because as a native of Florida, U.S we see NOTHING like this driving by. I also love the picture with snow(The Nikomekl River after Tuesday's snow)--I haven't ever seen snow in person and pictures of it blow my mind (in a good way).
