Must have been as noisy as a stampede, Violet. What a picture-new tech!!
They do that all the time around here--blow leaves into piles and then pick them up. And yes, it is very noisy. The other day it struck me funny--those five or six landscapers with their loud blowers madly running around trying to herd this pesky collection of leaves.
